THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million instances, and it still fails here miserably. The construction is shoddy, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being ashamed. I'm so disappointed that I imagined I'd purchased something decent instead
